brotherjohn Well got a new PB, but thought I would do a bit better. Drag to be only 1 second over 30 minutes! Very humid and found the course challenging. Think it was quite hard, a lot of runners in some distress at the finish. 22nd place and second V50.

stu8 the only race i've run every year (bar F&M year) on good form @ Stow fri 5 so hoping my week in Spain before dosn't knock me off the rails :D - sizzle sizzle - as said very muggy with no breeze going up the looonnng hill think hols took there toll as well :D
