Baza Serious respect to all who have completed this event in the past/yesterday, usually I'm to busy helping with organisation, but I got to run it yesterday - thats one tough 10K. Mind you it might have helped if I hadn't set off at 3k pace lol, shattered on the return leg, but happy enough with time.

Debstir Serious stomach pains between 2.5 - 3.5m, almost pulled out - but didn't. Hills didn't seem quite as bad as they did last year but still not easy!
