AJPAR Watch time. Felt good and evenly paced at slightly quicker than PMP. Nice flat course but water in paper cups!(you wear more than you drink).

Bolt Not knowing this distance at all (marathons yes, 20milers nope) I decided to attack from the outset. Only problem was it attacked me back at around the 14 mile mark - so although managing a PB at the 1/2 marathon stage I faltered badly for the 20 mile mark and thus blew my chance at a sub 2:30 finish. Oh well...there's always next year ;-)

Rioja Lover Great flat race and I got a PB along the way for 10miles, half marathon and 20miles. Also got Bronze for the girls team so really happy!!! :)

Tom Tom Watch time, pending official results! Still a pb by over a minute, though. 4th lady overall and picked up the county silver in the FV35 category :):):) *edit* Grrr-official time was one second slower!! Results are now available on the www.colchesterharriers.co.uk btw (click on news, and the link's in theirrace report)
