Runnersleep Done and Dusted! Got to be happy with my time as I wanted sub 1-40. Also after the 5k yesterday and the 10k last Wed,My legs held out ok. I ran very steady throughout with my slowest mile being 7-45 and averaging about 7-35 Good field and thanks for some Fetchie Support. One downer is that I nearly got hit by a car on the first lap on Halbeath Road - As I was passing a junction, the guy decided to pull out and stopped about an inch from my legs - I just about sh...t myself and it did unsettle me for a while. I did give him some verbal though and that made me feel better.

Limmynis An undulating course around 2 circuits which is psychologically difficult. Second half of the run was better than the first circuit.

Hibeedeb hmm, it's hilly, and likely to be hot, so I don't think I'll pb here, although I'd like to - 2 hours would be good though, that would be my second fastest half ever decided to go for 1.57 as it wasn't too hot -did 1.57.05!

PentlandPounder chuffed - beat my predicted time by 22 hrs !, my previous PB by over 4 mins, and achieved my years target of a sub1.45 half. Beers will be drunk tonight! Really enjoyed the course.
