R.I.C.O. Started off very strongly but could quite keep the pace up, because it was so damn hot and humid. Did'nt fall back much, just reverted to 6 minute miling which saw me through in 20th place. Definately one of my favourite races ever.

Seb09 Still got a PB by .8 seconds so happy.Wanted to sub 45 but theres always next time.Time on my watch was 44'35 had a little wait to get to the start and didnt press stopwatch till i got to the water as i was oblivious to my surroundings.Came 188/1008.I'll go with the official time.

The Juicer Would be nice to be quicker than Wheaton Aston at Christmas, but don't see how it's possible! RESULT - bloody rubbish! 3.5 minutes slower than last time I ran this. Puh!! (55.22 watch time)
