DK10K - ran with tony. Took it pretty easy for first2/3k as boxed in anyway, lots of people traffic. Pace picked up throughout and spent whole race passing people. Nice feeling. Felt pretty strong at end and passed many Cobra runners. Was pleased with sub 50 ..... know it could have been faster.
