kennyT I will be biking over to this one, which should be about 20 miles, run it!! Then bike home to rest ;-) so i can then repeat it 3 week's later for the thorpeness heritage marathon, all being well :-) I did bike over it was 20.5 mile there and the same back, only trouble was a headwind all the way home :-( could have done without that...
