Clarky I am buzzing from knocking over a minute off my half PB at Clowne on 25/11 (1.30.44). So I am going to be confident and say i will PB here! Also,most people are saying the course has good PB potential, although app. the last km is the worse with an incline and headwind. Did not run at all this week due to illness, all cleared up for sunday except a cough. Cold but clear (no wind) morning, fantastic race, gave everything and died in the last km... managed a new PB by over a minute. Chuffed! Chip time recorded (Gun 40.26). Good to meet some fetchies and thanks for all the bets.

Cavey Had a great day today, good to see loads of familiar faces. I ran 1 second outside my PB, which i'm really chuffed with as it felt quite comfortable. I nearly killed myself setting that PB 2 weeks ago, but today I felt I had loads left in the tank. Ran with SarahL most the way, who ran a great race and knocked loads off her PB.
