AntClark PB very please, good race. The 11 mile marker did worry me.. Correct results from BV error with Chip timing apparently.

Boycie Managed a pb, but combination of not feeling great and poor race strategy conspired against a sub 1.20. This course is very undulating over the 1st 6 miles, slightly better over the next 5 and then hilly to the end. Went off too hard and felt unwell come 6, but kept iot together until 10 and then held on to the end. 5m 30.20 10m 60.49 (30.29) 13.1m 80.16 (19.27) Bit disappointing, but if I ever do a flat half things might be very different!

Colinf Went Ok and satisfied with time. Bit congested at the start in the lanes but enjoyable undulating course. Still quite strong at 10 miles and only really faded on big hill in last mile

Marigold Considering how I felt yesterday/this morning, my resting HR and general negative thoughts I was really pleased with the result. Only 27 seconds away from my target pace (5:16m/m for target marathon pace in April) , trouble was if i was just 16 seconds quicker it would have been £100 and a new course record. That damn hill at the end!! HR data also suggests I wasn't trying hard enough after the hill at mile 6 although I was slightly concerned with my very tight right hamstring which was causing me a certain amount of pain

slukie I've seen 3 different sets of results for this race now and all have my time different! 1:33:21, 1:33:23, and 1:33:29! My 405 time was 1:33:23. which agrees with the .pdf results linked to from the lions site.
