automatic shoes Still working my way back towards racing pace - so will not go hell for leather. One target is to get up the hill without any walking this time ! UPDATE. Felt v tired, and my target of 5:30 per k very quickly slipped away. 28:18 at 1/2 way and did have to walk for about one minute up the 2nd part of the hill. Race generally up to its usual high standard of organisation - but I didn't like the new start position !
