automatic shoes Legs were v tired from the outset, but went off at a good pace, altho' was feeling pretty knackered by about 3k. Had to walk for a minute at halfway, but that seemed to revive me. I got up the hills OK and then flew (by my standards) along the downhill over the last 3k.

BigChiefRunningBore Oddly comfortable race to PB in, think the downhill for final 3k helped (sub 4 on all). Did back off after 1/2k as knew the climbs were early. Gave Rich the bird.
