Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Cmontheaccies 1st place,37 secs clear of ali G,ran with spikes which was a mistake as it was a hard surface most of the way,all in all a good race to blow the cobwebs away.thomas was 20th in the 5 to 14 year old race out of 70 starters so a great effort for a seven year old, my wee yin lauren (4 years) sneaked in the 1 k race and was 65th in.

Quadbarrel Looking forward this race again. Great course round the grounds of Chatelherault. No chance of a pb on an undulating course which, if it's the same as last year, has a long descent by steps, and steep climb towards the finish. Also got my 2 eldest kids (6 and 7) in the 1k race which should be great fun. **** Update 03/02. Unofficial time. Great race. Blustery conditions but enjoyable all the same. The kids loved their race too!! **** Update 05/02. Delighted with an official placing of 6th! Results on SA website (even though it doesn't give an

toepointer Knew I was tired, that tired feeling in the quads, going into this race but managed to do respectable run. Thought it would be a nice place to do my long run afterwards but I must be pretty overtrained now as could barely move my legs and kept stumbling and had to stop as felt in danger of passing out. Very odd feeling and think I need an easy week, then I will be fine. Nice race though but nowhere near a pb course!

Russell M Not quite sure what I was expecting from this race, wasn't sure whether to wear my Inov-8s or just stick with road shoes - in the end I used my road shoes which were fine. A couple of good climbs on the course where I managed to make up some time on those ahead of me but overall probably lost as many places as I made up. Good run overall but glad when it was over.
