The Plod Down hill for 1st 3km then flat and a bit undulating then last few kms down hill again. Verry fast 10k probably not legal for a PB due to over all loss of elevation. My high mileage in June seems to have taken it out of my legs for this race, I felt just fatigued on the day.

Pitt the Elder Well ... managed to beat my prediction!! and achieve a PB @ (previous best was 1 hr 6 mins 16 secs, although on a tougher course!). Glad to help you win your bet Jason!
