I got back on Zwift recently. We entered the FRR tour of Britainia. 10 races in 10 days was too much for my knee. I bowed out after Stage 7. I am now classed as a B with a ZRS of 541.

I don't really understand it fully yet but seems a long way from the borderlin A/A+ I used to be :-)

I need to get back to it, all the nice days seem to be work days sadly.

@Foppotee my ZRS is 685 - I was an A/A+ back in lock down

One assumes you just race and up it goes, I don't race much so I'm not sure

Interval session done and a best of 2024 1 min power on the flat effort (525watts for the curious)

Good power Gobi, I had a look back at my 1 minute power, the high watermarks are all during lockdown, 130w above what I've done this year so far.

I am looking forward to getting back to those levels and beyond for IM next year.

Those figure are impressive, way beyond what I've capable of. When I hit the gas in a sprint I'm usually seeing high 300s, rarely do I stray above that. I did an FTP-specific session last night and I think I'm hovering somewhere around 265w, that's on a good day.

My best numbers were also in lockdown but some of those were as my watt bike needed a service

NE - I've broken 1000 watts for 5 seconds but as a rule 800/900 seems to my peak and is often replicated outside - FTP is around 315

They are insane figures. Because I'm on a seme-dumb trainer I know that zwift restricts my peak output figures due to its algorithm, however the FTP is about on the button, possibly a few watts lower. What I'm saying is that the system won't record any "real" high figures in case it skews what my true output is - I'm guessing that in a short sprint I'm probably well above 400w.
