Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I was ridiculously grumpy and aborted my session early. Which is pretty daft. But I didn't have a plan B. And didn't fancy doing my session with nothing much for my brain to do.

It didn't auto upload my ride earlier, but it did save it in the activities, so I've uploaded it manually. They need to sort out these server issues or they're going to get complaints.

So hacked off. The ride that didn't save means I've lost my points, achievements, level I achieved, mileage, etc. Went up to the radio tower too :-(

Today Zwift actually told me there wasn't any road to ride on when I logged in!?

These faults are becoming so common. Going to ask for a months payment back soon.

I lodged a support call and got back the equivalent message to:

"Your call is important to us..." and not much more :-(

Everyone seen the new Zwift Rankings (http://zwiftrankings.com)?

Hoping this means the end of the stupid Watts/kg grading system and fairer racing for small people.

Although I won't be riding anywhere in real life or virtually for a while having dislocated my knee on Wednesday, but I'm excited about it anyway.

Got myself a new laptop last week so able to get on.zwift. signed up for 7 day free trial and did first ride today, london loop. Have a controllable turbo which was interesting. Fox hill was a killer and took me nearly 14 mins.

Question. Have people found doing these rides improved bike performance?

Fox Hill?! Zwift definitely makes turboing less boring for me and they have a large free library of training programs you can access if you're looking for structure

I use Zwift lots now to help with my indoor bike sessions. I've used some of their workouts too. I think you can end up working harder than if you were just riding alone

I like the workouts. But if I've only a short time I'll just do a free ride. I've been using roughly twice a week. Yet to properly test outside but my legs do feel stronger so hoping it will help. It's certainly got to be better than no winter riding!
