First zwift for a while this morning. Pleased to be hitting higher estimated power than before, backing up the feeling that I'm stronger on the road. Need to maintain it over autumn and winter!

Just an iphone, whoever it was on the previous page - battery's good for an hour, just.
Annoyingly getting stronger on the turbo/watter is good but does nothing to address my current limiter, which is cornering fast in a bunch. Not sure there's an easy indoor fix for that one.

Dowse it was - I just looked back. I run it on an iPhone 6plus. At home I airplay it to the telly. At the gym I just drip on my phone

Not doing the Academy, mostly because I'd never commit, but also the legal wording read like they would own my soul. It did look really good and I'm sure it's all fine really.

I *might* race tonight, there is a cat e (<2.0w/kg) race about 7ish. Be interesting to see what its like. The Academy sprints look interesting too but I haven't signed up for the academy so not sure if I can race it?
Anyway, all set up now, new trainer is talking to the new edge 520 and the laptop and its all installed in the garage. no excuses now.
