20 min test done this morning Got stronger as I went along so still think there may be a few more watts in there. I'm just not prepared to go bang in the first 5 mins. |

I've done a couple of 100 milers. My distraction is music or riding with others. I can't listen to people talking so podcasts are a no-no as are tv programmes. I could watch football but only if the team I want to win are winning! 100 minutes on Saturday was quite hard. 10 mins at 220w warm-up, 2 mins at 325, 2 mins at 365 into 30 minutes at 265. Recovery 12 minutes then repeat and cool down at 220w. These sessions are given to me and I was surprised it launched straight into 220 watts with the same as a 'cool down.' |

Gobi, or anyone else that uses a Wattbike. On Zwift, the cadence I’m riding at isn’t correct as it seems to jump in around bands of 10rpm. I contacted Wattbike and they confirm what I suspected in that there’s nothing wrong with the bike as the cadence is correct in their app. It is also correct when I use MyWhoosh. I’m using an iPad, and everything is uptodate on it. I was just wondering if you have similar on Zwift? |

I failed my session on Saturday. 30 mins warm up and then 2 x 35 minutes at 270w split by 30 minutes at 220w before 10 mins cool down. As I started the second 35 minutes I just had nothing in my legs and after 15 minutes of grinding it out I quit. I was carrying a cold and in hindsight I should have pushed it to the next day. |

Nobody is perfect mate I got caught at karate Friday and have twanged my ribs AGAIN so Saturday was a bit of a write off However i was rested for my long ride Sunday so I nailed it with 311 watts for an hour up Ventop, yesterday turned into 2 very easy rides which on reflection was still too much. Today I have no ride and may skip running again even though my ribs are improving. |

Took me 2 hours from bottom of petit KOM to the midway bit (6km to top still) on Ventoux Saturday for the La Reine group ride. Twas hard work that one. New York KOM after party later today for this weeks tour de zwift.
