Ben Parkes seems such a nice guy and a brilliant runner to boot. I'm not a fan of running vloggers, detailing every aspect of their training, shoes, what they ate for breakfast, etc. However, Andrew Maguire (Running With Andy) is someone who has grown into his love of running and has shifted from my level to someone who is a pretty decent runner. Some good camera work in his videos too. I used to watch Stephen Cousins (Film My Run) although he tends to do more ~~strava~~ nowadays and less of actual race footage.

Watched a decent Spine Race video by Runner Rossco, he does longer stuff. Most of the other stuff I watch has already been mentioned.
