Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Takes all the Sufferfest stuff and adds some more! Even on Android too!

Looks good will be interesting to see how it "feels" after the sufferfest app.

Hopefully the new app will keep the old Sufferfest workouts and add a few new ones, some of them are a bit dated now.

I wouldn’t mind idea they got rid of the whole “Sufferlandria” storyline as well as it’s all a bit naff. I’ve had some good results from following their training plans though.

I used to like the sufferfest videos, when I did turbo. My OH will be trying it all to see how he gets on.

Glad they have kept the strength stuff, I have been using that quite a bit to build up after having my wee boy. Some new ones there too.

Will give the running ones a try too I think.

I like that it's android now too as I can use in the gym on the wattbike without having to take my ipad

That would be annoying taking the iPad to the gym.

We were doing the yoga daily a few years ago. I stopped when I got pregnant. Was good though. Might start that again, as they are usually 15 mins it's easy to fit in. There's more videos for that too.

I got top to 238 days with the daily yoga, the difference from start to finish was incredible. I really need to get back in to it as I'm getting all sorts of aches and pains in my lower back and gluten since I've started running again.
I'll have to take a look and see if there's any new yoga videos in the new app.

Got something to say?
