Velociraptor
NHS nurse-led primary care facility almost in the Irish Sea. Tea bags, sugar, sweeteners, semi-skimmed milk, palatable instant coffee and hot chocolate flow freely in return for a fixed monthly contribution of £2 for full timers, £1 for part timers. We can use the fridge and there's a toaster, kettle and microwave.
It's unusual for there not to be something edible that someone has plonked on the staff room table for general consumption.

I get a dog under my desk to tuck my feet under when it’s cold, but other than that, I have to supply everything.

Free tea and coffee (bean (for espresso/latte) or powdered), milk for tea, sugar supplied. Not sure about sweetener as I take coffee black if I have it. Fruit supplied on Monday and Wednesdays in a basket. I prefer my old floor (6th floor) as the fruit didn't disappear quite as quickly from the basket!

Cerrertonia
Self-employed part-time writer, so my workplace (home) provides far too many opportunities for snacks but I have to pay for them all myself.
My previous employer for 20+ years had several different fancy coffee machines plus a wide range of different leaf teas and teabags ("proper" teas, green teas, herbal & fruit teas.) and hot chocolate, different kinds of milk. Full-time staff whose job was to go round cleaning the kitchens, doing the dishes and keeping the filter coffee on the go. All free. Each kitchen has a milk fridge and a large fridge-freezer for staff to keep personal food/drink in, microwave, toaster, hot water urn (can't have staff waiting round for a kettle to boil), water cooler, plates, cutlery etc. Some kitchens have vending machines selling chocolate, biscuits, fruit, sandwiches etc.
Wide set of good food options, reasonably priced, including cooked breakfast, sandwich bar, salad bar, several different hot meal options each day and a set of "street food carts" doing things like soups, jacket potatoes, chinese food, indian food etc.
My old engineering group operated a "lard table" so that cake, biscuits, doughnuts were always available and bought by whoever happened to be going to the supermarket that day. When I moved into HR for a spell, the rather more female and health-conscious co-workers operated a similar system for fresh fruit
A couple of the coffee machines were "barista-style" meaning that you had to learn how to put your choice of beans in and make your espresso. Quite amusing to see a couple of dozen Italian employees gathering for their post-lunch coffee every day.

Staff bring in snacks; pay for drinks. I buy tea, coffee, sugar and milk for governor meetings and biscuits/cakes occasionally. School dinners are good and cheap.

So one extreme to the other
