I think it only counts once per day, regardless of the number of times you go through it. Which is a shame, as the track that we use for speedwork (well the dirt track on the school playing fields) goes through 4 of my squares.

It is a shame just for the fact that if you do an out and back you should still get rewarded. In fact you should get rewarded for not doing just an out and then getting someone to come and pick you up

Definitely once per day.
I have given myself a good talking too, slapped myself round a bit and reminded myself that this is just a game, Wallman has given me a run for my money but there is more to life so I am going to back off now, I mowed the lawn instead of running this afternoon
