Forecast: I am about to do about 11 miles (counts as a very long run for me) only the last mile or so will be in grid. There’ll be no chance of running tomorrow! I expect minor jogs and commute type things throughout the week with a 50% chance of a moderate run on Sunday.

However, a small blister on my toe might ruin the entire week!
