I think I might have given a logop a decent match if it wasn’t a taper week followed by a long race which was out of the zone.
Luckily this week I have controversial who is well known for his low mileage training. I might pick up some squares when I post a letter or buy a newspaper - no running for a while for me.

Yay Corrah someone i "know"
Am rather tired today after yesterdays biblical wet and windy ride 100 but the dog will need walking at some point.
I am also hoping to have a return to running this week for the first time in months (it still may not happen but we shall see how the rib muscles are)

alpenrose I was worried that if I didn't log anything today or tomorrow you'd worry about me. It was for your peace of mind

I’m against Wiggling Snake who seems disappointed to have drawn a cyclist. That’ll change... unless I make TheBoy do lots of ‘practicing roads on his bike’ like any good Mum would...

Ok, from reading this thread it seems many of you are logging your daily walking activity to gain run points.
Do you have to log these as a 'run' for them to count towards WSW?
I don't want to log my walks as runs in my training log, as that will skew my annual ovetall run mileage. Which would mean I'd have to ask myself which is more important to me - winning WSW or logging the correct run mileage.

Thanks Stu - I wasn't sure if the game had been set up to include walking and running under running (obviously cycling activity has to be differentiated from running).

unless it has changed, walking scores less than running, but if you log as running (cos that's what your garmin does) and change in your log to walking then you are credited with running points not walking points.
