roberton - that was a battle and a half I had to go out and walk 11 miles Saturday and Sunday to grab the squares - thanks to yourself I burned many more calories than I expected - Cheers -this game is soo addictive though lol

@percyw Addictive? Hmm.
My OH staged an intervention at Christmas as I had plotted a Gridmaster route around S London and was going to take a 2 hour train over there instead of going out Christmas shopping.
(I still have the route, one day I'll get it done)

Did the plot look something like this from my stupidly obsessed phase.

@Ray25757 Similar, but I went for a more organised route to minimise distance.

Much neater. The challenge is out there to do Gridmaster in one go (I had to return to base to charge my phone briefly as I was recording the route on it), or to be more efficient than 35 miles (I missed 3 squares in error and took 3 more miles to grab them). The addition of the 'Find Me' function should help with not missing squares

I can only actually get to 130 of my squares so it always makes playing someone who lives in an area like the above quite challenging to say the least.

Great maps! Reminds me of my attempt, but that required a grid move as there's nowhere locally free of inaccessible squares. I wrote a blog about my plan: fetcheveryone.com/blog/91900/2020/6#blog407684

I was lucky enough to do it only a total distance of 42.86km (26.63 mi).
