Truthfully I didn't run as much as planned during the week, but in addition my Garmin decided to mess around and not record traces for two of the runs that I did do😡 Long run Wednesdays: nice!

That and a run to see the competitors of the Women’s Tour race on the same day made for mega miles! Now I’m not teaching any more I do enjoy my mid week long runs!

I knew my position was vulnerable so was not surprised when SwimslowRunslow overtook me at 11:30am. However, I was shocked when S-R contacted me and said they were taking a break due to being on holiday. Enjoy your wild swimming Swimslow.
