Good luck to Stella and Arif in the finals of the multi!
Apologies to my competitors in the multi-match semis for offering basically no competition over the last week - my "official" excuse will be tapering for yesterday's mostly out-of-grid half. The truth is that it's really the frustration of not having working lungs and then my bike being vandalised. Still, I'm very pleased to have reached the semis for the first (and probably last) time.
I'm taking a break this week - maybe back into the fray next week, maybe not - it will all depend on how I'm feeling.

AndyS - well done for doing as well as you did, given the problems of losing the first few days after your bike was nobbled.
It was fairly obvious very early on who was getting into the final so I was going to challenge you for an unofficial '3rd place play-off' until I saw you were taking a break this week.
I'll be taking a break for the next couple of weeks so won't be in the next multi-match

I'm still suffering after Sunday's Big Half (in which I walked to an all-time personal worst), so - I'm going to be putting my feet up for a few days! The furthest I'm likely to be going is the office (which is the room next door to the bedroom :D)
