I have the treadmill for a couple of days and then a race on Thursday which luckily I can attend (although it's out of grid!)

When he phoned to confirm the appointment he asked about me running and was told that as long as I went out alone and to places where I was unlikely to meet anyone it was OK. Gave me a good excuse to go play in the mud!
