Thanks for the competition Night-owl. You can blame run the sum for the last minute run! After 2 bike rides, one solo road, one family off road, i really wouldn't have gone out otherwise.

How are your legs? Don't cycle anymore always found a run hard after a cycle and you did two 😊

Yep really ITG. It was a good tussle but the fuel gauge is reading empty. Must do it again (when there’s 6ft of snow outside your front door)😀

After a few days off running with a poorly foot & a long run out of grid I thought would have seen me out this week but I’ve kept my lead with the walks I’ve managed and a couple of small runs finishing with a 5k this morning and I’ve got to take the dog for a walk after my next meeting.
And DeeGee seems to have been very quiet this week too. Hope to have a better week next week if I can get this foot sorted.
Looks like we’re in for another good multiplayer final!! Well done to the final 4 and I’ll get settled for an interesting week ahead.
