DocM and I are having an evenish match - 62-67 she is winning. Well done DocM. I've got decent mileage to do for weekend (doing virtual West Highland Way) but probably won't do it all in grid. Or will I ?! :-) G

The results of the Endless pool calibration test - my float covered a measured 3m in 5.5s average over 6 attempts with the hydraulic pump set at 450psi. That suggests 33m per minute. So my 15 minute moderate breaststroke suggests 495m. That equates to 20 lengths of a 25m pool so feels fairly credible. I’ll need to try again at a faster speed for a crawl pace. Thanks for all the suggestions!

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Snail and mole-thing can relax. Life got in the way of running today (a health scare for my mum, which was better than she feared fortunately).

I was already behind, and work Friday/ Monday will prevent any attempt at epic 16 hour run/ bike/ walk odysseys. Well done guys, I couldn't keep up for the three days I did have time to compete. On the plus side I can grab some Conquercise zones after work, having noticed I've done only two short runs and one parkrun in the Inverness area in the last year.

Should have added look after yourself too. Games are fun but good health is truly important.

Glad to hear it isn't as bad as you feared, hope she is ok. And look after yourself too.

Maybe I'll see you in a virtual grid again sometime soon...

57.5 look after yourself in this tough time.
Thinking of you, your mum and all your loved ones.
