Fantastic weather, very quiet roads - and I missed the lot! Bah!! Hit a bump in the road at fair speed and lost the wheel. Luckily, despite decent weather, I was well covered up which kept, at least, the road rash to the minimum. The bike survived, largely, and I stopped my watch Quite a battered hand/ wrist though, which has kept me off the bike until now. I'd better build up those squares before Sunday!
