Been out for a lunchtime ride in grid, aiming to go over some of the squares I walked in earlier today. Roads were a bit horrific to be honest and I sort of wished I'd done it the other way round.

Run later will depend on how long I have to spend at A&E with DS14. He fell off his bike (no doubt doing some "trick") and school nurse thinks it might be broken.

sorry, I should have said. His wrist. wouldn't be so bad if he weren't a violinist. I did the same thing when I was his age (fannying about on ice, not a bike) so I can't really say much :/ He has been trying to learn to bike downstairs. I told him he was daft but I'm not going to ban him either. I might buy him an integral helmet though.
He is finishing the school day so I've not even seen it yet. Nurse phoned because he had sat for an hour with ice on it and it was still very swollen. Bugger.

Will he have to wear the helmet on his wrists? Which one to choose first?
