Really pleased as I've been in the injured bench with iron absorption problems for most of this year. All resolved now, and sailed through the finger test. Decent mince pies and orange club biscuits taken on for recovery....

I won't have been "fully recovered" from a dose of the 'flu for the stipulated 14 days. I'm not sure when I'll try again. With lots of races planned for the first half of next year, it might not be until July. And I just went and ordered a supply of ferrous sulfate yesterday.
