I was hoping to get a donation in before jabs and foreign travel mean I have to wait a few months. I'm going to take a break and try again in the New Year. I'd drunk so much liquid I had to stop for a pee on the way home!

I'm still waiting for test results to give me the all clear so they've updated my records. Once I've got them I think I need to wait a few months before I'll be allowed back.

I think I need to ask them to attach the cuff tighter. The good news is that I don't need any additional jabs for my Zambia/Botswana trip so that won't stop me giving blood before I go.
