After parkrun (and showering of course) I condescended to accompany my wife to see the new Mama Mia film. What made me smile was the happiness that the film brought to many of the ladies there who were happily and quietly singing along to the songs. (I did must admit to quite enjoying the film too)
This. I always knew my Great Aunty Betty had gone to the 1936 Olympics as a diver but I'd never even seen a picture of her back then. Today my niece has sent me this clip and I was able to show my mum (now 76) her aunty diving in a professional show (at about 1.40 if you're interested).
