If the coffee just went cold while you were dealing with the microwave, having been made by a more conventional method, then you have my deep sympathy. Getting distracted then going to the take a sip of coffee and getting a mouthful of cold/tepid vileness is guaranteed to make any day worse.

Sitting in the passenger seat as Sam dove to the airport was unpleasant, driving back on my own was horrific. Have taken diclofenac and applied a hot water bottle. I'd planned to do some fairly heavy cleaning and gardening this week, might have to think again.
