Snoot
Gel burst in the side pocket of my vest mid run so every time I took one out or my mobile they were partly glued in 🤷♂️
Pack washed now…

I ran a 6K race and later passed my daily steps target. Also logged quite a lot of activity minutes. At some point in the afternoon my Garmin decided to discard all this and start again from zero for the day.

After going out for a walk and a run that were to take me comfortably to the end of the Virtual Challenge, I find I'm a mile short.
Still, the night is young.

Tried to separate two tangled metal scouring balls by pulling them apart. One of the threads unravelled and sliced neatly into my finger.

Probably last night, or possibly very early this morning: Between me getting out of the bath and going to bed, in the few minutes it took me top go downstairs to check lights were off and doors locked and get a glass of water, an unidentified critter pissed in the middle of the human bed.
When I got in I lay right at one side and finished reading my book, so I didn't notice until I rolled over and hit the wet patch. It has soaked all the way into the mattress. I had to sleep on the sofa, and now I need to figure out how to use the wet and dry vacuum thingy.

I've had wander round the shops looking for a summer frock. No joy, but I have bought a straw hat, a pair of navy shorts and two duvets.
