Thanks to the Grammar thread I've learnt that the phrase "...then you've got another thing coming" is actually "think", not "thing", which makes sense.

There's a peak in the Brecons called Fan-Y-Big and it's not terribly far from a suburb or Merthyr called Pen-y-Darren. So that's a ready made trip out for me!
