I am trying to increase my protein intake so have bought some protein powder off PHD.

Other than "protein shake" how else do you use your protein powders?

The website usefully says
"Whether it’s protein pancakes in the morning, high protein cookies as a snack or a light, fluffy mousse in the evening there isn’t an indulgent recipe you can make without including Smart Protein."

But doesn't give any information about how to do these things so I thought I would ask you wonderful people for ideas.

and yes I am avoiding work!

Yorkshire Pie
(I use other toppings rather than PB and banana, and have also sometimes used chocolate protein powder rather than vanilla)

I'd recommending holding your nose and getting the shake down your neck rather than ruining baked goods or puddings by trying to make them with whey powder (or, worse, casein).

Protein shakes here, Pix. Have one at breakfast time, every day apart from Sunday. One scoop of unflavoured whey protein with 250mls of skimmed milk and a few drops of sugar free toffee flavouring.

No, it's not bad at all, it just doesn't enhance home baking. Making an overstrength protein shake and using it as a base for chia pudding might work quite well if you like that texture.

I'm hoping to use "real food" too but oblongs will feature :-D
