Ness
That sounds like a good idea, Pix. Mr Ness is good at sorting a nice balance of protein in our meals. I think he'd read about having plenty of fish to help that so we have a fair amount of tuna, salmon and prawns in meals. The protein shakes are just an add on.

I add a little bit to the milk in my cereal, but no more than a teaspoonful and not enough to make much impact on my overall protein intake. I also quite like the Arla and Kvarg protein puddings and Skyr type yogurt.

If you have time - split 2 eggs, whip whites to peaks. In another bowl add scoop protein powder to yolks and about 100ml milk of preferred kind. Line cake tin with grease proof. (I buy liners from Lakeland) put blueberries in the bottom. Fold whites into yolk mixture put into tin and bake in oven. Sorry no actual recipe I just do it by feel.
