2nd marathon, 1st London Red FGFA Terrible training due to injuries, difficult to know what time to aim for, will probably set off with 3:05 goal time and see what happens. |

57.5 Degrees of Pain
#25377, slow GFA. 2nd London and I think 13th overall marathon. Getting too old to enjoy nailing a pace for 26.2 miles so prefer Ultras now. Still hope to get back under 3 hours for this effort though. |
