Where is everyone starting from, target time and what's your race number?

Hey Zehnderboy! First London for me too.
I'm in 3:15ish shape but like you, I'm expecting a busy start, so I'm not stressing about time on this one.
I'm in the Green start (Maze Hill tube apparently)

7840 starting at the Blue/Blackheath start, was targeting 4:10 but recent training has not gone to plan so probably a bit slower.
I'm also a first timer so can't offer any advice lol

at the end of the day
targetting a sub 4 hour...ran it in 1999 and 2000 ...( 3.24 and 3.11 respectively )....looking forward to seeing the sights again...amazing spectacle....

My 6th London Marathon and going off the Green Start so might see you Sailor Steve, green is fairly small, but I'm also probably going to be wearing my club vest, Wigston Phoenix.
There's normally a plan for each start for a photo - the reds meet by the band stand I think (?), there will be a tea tent on each of the starts and that tends to be a good meeting point. We don't tend to have huge numbers on green though so often it's only a couple of us.
