I run most days anyway, so a streaksaver twice a week isn't too much effort. The trouble I have is not forgetting to do a streaksaver on a 'rest' day!

I'm in metric so it's a Km. I asked on here if people had rules on the distance and it seemed everyone had their different opinions so I chose that. It is more often than not on a treadmill set at 11kph so with the time taken to get to speed it takes me about 6min 4 secs. Also it's sufficiently slow so I don't get a sweat on :-)

I have no intention of running every day for a streak badge, although I could do short treadmill runs on my rest days.... No, absolutely No

I'm aiming for my 100 streak badge and then calling it. I'm supposed to be training for Round The Rock in Aug (48 miles :-o) so I'm going to need some rest days!

If things get back to anything like normal in the organised event world, my next is a trail marathon in early September. I don’t think I could contemplate continuing a run streak alongside “proper” events, but it’s certainly been a brilliant motivation to keep on running in the meantime.

Today's run will get me to 28 days. I'm aiming to keep going until I get to 100 and then the nice round number will be a great point to stop.

Currently shortest run is 5km. Just saying ;-)
