But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Minardi - the rarity and owners for badges are updated once an hour. Next update is in about 3 mins I think.

Hurrah. Got a badge. Still don't understand training bands or how they are set. They now seem very fast but since I never look at them anyway, it's not going to make any difference.

I guess loads of people are changing their pace bands now :-) I changed mine (I actually use this feature so had done this already) so awaiting the badge. I must say I find having only 3 bands a bit limiting but I have set the lower band limit to 75% MHR and the upper one to Lactate Threshold which covers most of my needs
