As I’m just training fir my first 100k I am afraid I can’t offer any advice but you’re miles ahead of where I am on weekly mile I’m 25-30

I have just ordered the book so thanks for the recommendation SJ

My aim is to finish in one piece with a smile. I am half expecting it to be cancelled so also working on where I can run if it is as I still intend to do it. Good luck bgillam

The fellrnr site used to have a good comparison of different training plans, but I've not checked it in a fair while

or there's one of his 50 mile plans on the web here
relentlessforwardcommotion.com

in theory that's where I should be starting tomorrow, but I'm somewhat under mileage for where I wanted to be, so will have to adjust accordingly - and I'm planning on mainly walking (but not at Dave A's pace, sadly!)

There is a new edition of Koop's book in the pipeline.

He is saying there's a fair bit of additional info in it.

He's self publishing and I think, from listening to his pod (or maybe his insta), it should be available around May time.
