Exciting day Meglet! So my next door neighbours have put their house on the market. I wonder if it's been inspired by our other neighbour selling so quickly? They fancy an even bigger period property in Stonehaven. Here it is if you fancy a look: aspc.co.uk I'd love a Fetchie to buy it |

What a stunning house. So light and airy. It'll mean a longer commute for Mrs XB but I'm sure she will get used to it:-)

Now here's an interesting one. You'll be blessed with good neighbours for sure.

Quick work Meglet! I'm going to struggle. I'm about £20,000 short of the average 2-bedroomed property in the potentially affordable area of Bristol for me that allows me to commute without too much hassle. I now need to focus on getting a better job to increase my mortgage potential. I can't see any other way around it at the mo'. Even the wrecks are £200k away from me! |

I finally saw something I wanted to offer on. It was a beautiful flat on 2 floors with a courtyard garden and a small outhouse. Here: rightmove.co.uk T'was as lovely as it looks in the pics and a great location right on the park and 10 mins walk from station to get to work. I went in at my absolute max - £4k over asking. I was told that people went in over 10% of asking price and some had no property to sell. Mine is in process of selling but my bid wasn't high enough anyway. I've been offered a flat-sit for 6 months, so I think I will do that and maybe tag another on the end and keep saving. |

Oh no RS that's a shame. But it will put you in a better position if you have no chain so probably a good move.
