Sorry to have missed the sufferfest - I realised that I don't have long to finish the virtual WCP and after a hectic day of things and doing (including meeting new shrink, working and swimming in a lake!) I still needed to get a 10k walk in. Blooming lovely out there.

Spent a glorious sunny afternoon at the loch with the kids (in-service day to assist marking of notexams) but that meant I had to volunteer for the teen-taxi his evening so that MrsC could go and get a top-up of Vitamin D. Coastal margin was pretty dreich and cold under the haar - which meant I had to speedwalk!
