I must confess that I figure I'll just sweat it all off in about five minutes, and am rarely out running for all that long anyway, so I don't tend to use any sun cream at all. I do wear the lightest weight cap I can find usually, though, as sun directly on my head does seem to affect me quite badly.
On a long bike I'll just use whatever own brand factor 50 I happen to have picked up, applied only from the neck down because sweaty sun cream getting in the eyes is one of the worst things ever (even worse than having a tory government), or sometimes Nivea if it's been on offer somewhere.
I should probably take more care of my delicate alabaster complexion, but I've mostly got away with it so far.

Rae I lost a friend whilst teaching to cancer - started as a small skin cancer (he used to do loads of walking) then went to his brain.
I then heard of exact same thing happening to a friend's husband
I'm definitely thinking about it more
