Good work folks.
I had a good cycle month (numbers slightly skewed by a rest week that I actually completed properly). Will schling my schlong shortly.

So May or February as it could have been known as
Run - 11hrs for 78 miles - 2nd best of the year but shows the impact of rain Ride - 73.5hrs for 1169 miles - expected more but again rain foiled a number of outdoor rides but still 23.5hrs actually on REAL bikes Yoga/Gym - 7.5hrs - not quite weekly weights but getting there, had a yoga melt down towards end of the month Total - 92hour - racing oudoors impacts training
Rest days - None
Races -
1 duathlon - not my best day, standard event and standard breakdown however I did finish with is a lot better than my last Standard distance Duathlon 2 hill climbs - fat lad with solid power BC road race - destroyed , DNF 25 mile TT - someone stole my power, joking aside a solid ride on the new rig BMCR crits - CD - in the bunch and taken out in a big crash at the end, stayed on my feet but ended up on the grass, lots of people not as lucky as me. Rolled over the line to finish my first bunch race of the year.
Second race was the AB and I blew up, the full Ganna, could barely turn the pedals. DNF Oh, I did a sportive and even cocked that up. However it was great to see friends.
Watt bikes returned and the reality of where I am happening
All in all May has been underwhelming thanks to the weather and race results but looking beyond results there have been flashes of promise so my confidence is actually quite high as I head into June.

Scores on the doors.
Bike: 237.8 Walk: (more than) 31.3
In which the numbers don't truly reflect the place I'm at, in my head. I'm feeling really positive - and I suppose that although the bike numbers are down a bit I'm able to see that it's a good total compared to the months of the last few years and it only looks a bit weak by comparison to my recent massive improvement. Annual bike mileage is already second highest ever, and we're only 5 months in!
I finally feel like I want to train again. Birthday this month means it's time for some NY Resolutions. I feel a blog coming on.
DVD Extras: 4 weekend walks that have found us new places we've never visited (all within an hour of the front door). 1 new sit-on-top kayak purchased
