Many runners wearing black?!? Surely that just makes you hitter? Even saw one wearing gloves and several people in woolly jumpers and coats!
Meanwhile I was boiling!

I always wear gloves, albeit very thin ones in the summer. Firstly, they are good for wiping sweat away. Secondly, I fall over quite often so they are a wise precaution.

BDP.

Woke around 4 this morning from a horrible dream and couldn't get back to sleep :( noisy feckin' birds didn't help, of course. Bastards.

Had planned a little run then lifting up and putting down again of heavy things before it got too warm, but I've already missed that window so it'll probably be this evening, now.

Official phased return to work starts today, so I'll have to do a whole two hours of my actual job.

MA. Long bike ride + warm afternoon in the pub = asleep in bed by 9pm!

I think I'll just do a bit of vanity and or yoga today. And maybe paint the garden fence.
