Gobi Dec 2019 1:15pm, 31 Dec 2019 68,300 posts	0 Gobi That is cx Angus, I should have changed the tyres as Ibhad them in the van ready. Finished the year with 8 miles of running and 90 mins easy on the mtb. Nice to be injury free and healthy just over weight as I head into 2020.

Going to plan to do more next year. Beautiful day up here. Cold, crisp, sunny and just lovely. A couple of low alc beers this evening, then some wine with dinner at friends house. And then it’ll be 2020 and training starts again. If I’m not back in here before the morn, hope you all have a good one. Thanks for your fellowship and camaraderie this year, it’s been a blast.
